Passes Test Speedway Has NASCAR Pact BY BOB LATSHAW Michigan International Speedway's racing program for 1969 began to take shape Wednesday when president Larry LoPatin announced that he had signed 10-year contract with Bill France's NASCAR group. The new pact will insure the Speedway of two Grand National races each year with nearly $2 million in prize money being guaranteed for the life of the contract.
