FROM IDAHO. Gov. Bonn sends His Resignation to the President. PHILADELPHIA, July 9. A despatch from the West states that Gov. William M. Bunn has forwarded the following letter of resignation to the President: BOISE CITY, Idaho, July 3. To the PresidentSir, I have the honor to tend, my resignation of the office of governor the Territory of Idaho. I am prompted to this act by reasons of an entirely personal nature and earnestly request, that I may be relieved of the post as soon as may be convenient to the department of thee interior, with assurances of my deep respect and my sincere thanks for the marked consideration shown me. I am yours, [Signed] WM. BUNN, Governor of Idaho.
