Circumcision — An Outdated and Unnecessary Procedure?

Hereford Still
PMCID: PMC2370328  PMID:20468719

Abstract

The origins and significance of circumcision, while somewhat obscure, do not seem to have any definite connection with medicine. Routine hygiene is a much more acceptable alternative to circumcision.
