Know Before You Go

NASA centers and facilities are federal government installations and require all U.S. citizens, 18 years or older, to present unexpired, government-issued photo identification before being allowed entry. Please be advised that pre-approved registration and/or sponsorship by a NASA employee is required for access. A complete list of acceptable forms of identification can befound here.

Are you REAL ID ready? Beginning May 7, 2025, access to all NASA centers and facilities will require a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card for entry. Visittsa.gov/real-id for information on how to obtain REAL ID-compliant identification.
