terms and conditions for registration as a telemarketer (delivery function) with Vodafone Idea Ltd

1. Tele Marketer Registration Certificate will be valid for 5 years from the date of registration. VIL shall have the right to revoke a registration at any point in time.
2. Registration process will be completed only post submitting required mandatory documents and payment from client
3. Address Verification will be conducted before issuing TM Certificate by our authorized agents
4. Telemarketer Certificate will be issued within 4-5 working days after summiting mandatory documents and payments
5. Renewal Telemarketer will be issued fresh registration number
6. Registration charges as applicable would apply
7. Charges will be non-refundable
8. Incase of Negative Verification , registration amount will not be refunded
9. The Registration certificate will be applicable for both Voice and SMS service.​​​​
