We value the importance of copyright, and it is our policy to respond to precise notices of alleged copyright infringement. The form of notice suggested below is consistent with the form suggested by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States, however we respond to notices from other jurisdictions as well.
To file a notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication (initially email shall suffice, however we reserve the right to request a written communication by mail or fax), that sets forth in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon, the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work, reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you. We advise that you may be found liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent a copyright infringement. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether your copyrights have been infringed, we recommend that you consult an attorney before you send us the form.
