On Monday December 9th, weather permitting, the NJAW water main construction project is scheduled for Willow Ave.
Construction will begin near Beach Road and move in a southerly direction.
On Monday December 9th, northern entrance on Willow Ave to the Municipal Complex will be closed, and the southerly entrance on Willow Ave, adjacent to the Police Headquarters will remain open.
When the southern driveway is closed for main construction, the northern driveway will be open.

Construction Notice- Sanitary Sewer Construction -Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority
On or about December 2nd, sanitary sewer main construction is scheduled to begin on Meadow Avenue between the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority’s Pump Station and the intersection of Highland Avenue.
This construction will occur during the daytime. Traffic will be limited to alternating lanes- one direction at a time. Please expect delays.
The construction and altered traffic pattern is expected to continue through January.

New Jersey American Water NOTICE
New Jersey American Water has advised the Borough of Monmouth Beach of their plans for the full replacement of the water main on the following roads:
Beach Road from Ocean Ave to Riverdale Ave
Willow Ave from Beach Road to Robbin Street
West Street from Beach Road to the river (This work will supersede previous construction notices for West Street)
River Ave from Beach Road to Cottage Road
This work is scheduled to begin on or about November 12, 2024, and will continue for approximately 4 months. The main line is replaced first and then any services that require replacement.
During this time there will be some traffic delays and posted detours.
New Jersey American Water will pave these roads in their entirely as part of this project.

A Municipal Election will be held in the Borough of Monmouth Beach on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, for the purpose of electing three (3) Commissioners who will each serve a 4 year term.
REMINDER: The polling place for the Borough of Monmouth Beach is theChurch of the Precious Blood Parish Center, 72 Riverdale Avenue, Rear. Both District 1 and District 2 are located in the gymnasium at the Parish Center.

All beach badges, etc., must be purchased online using Community Pass

*when purchasing your items, please use your computer as some cell phones/ipads
will not work properly during the check-out process.*
Items that are available for sale:
seasonal beach badges (available to all non-residents),
parking passes (available to all), umbrella spaces (available to all),
member beach badges (members only), pool and beach badges (members only),
and guest cards (members only).
You will receive an email when we begin the fulfillment process, starting in April 2025, if your items are paid in full. The email will advise you to visit this website for the dates, times and the location as to when and where to pick up your items.

A Friendly Reminder to our Residents:
Dogs and cats are required to be licensed annually. If you have a pet which has not been licensed for 2025, please complete the License/Renewal form and mail or deliver it to the Municipal Offices Building at 18 Willow Ave., along with a copy of a valid Rabies Certificate and payment of the appropriate fee. The license certificate and tag will be mailed to you. The application is a fillable form and can be found under the “I Want To” section of the website. Please be sure to license your pet by February 18, 2025 or a summons may be issued.
