A former surface Pb-Ag-Baryte-Sr-Fluorspar mine located in the NE¼ sec. 1, T4S, R23W, and in sec. 36, T3S, R23W, 3000 feet SSE of the Revelation No. 2 claim, E of the Riverview claims and within a mile of the Colorado River, on BLM-administered land. Owned by Mr. Ysidro Mendevil. Owned at times, or in part, by Draper; and, Riley.

Mineralization is spotty lead carbonate and oxide with silver, in vugs in calcite, in irregular veins containing barite, celestine, calcite and vuggy quartz in a fault zone separating metamorphosed Mesozoic schist from Tertiary andesitic volcanics that continues from the Revelation claims. The ore zone is 1097.28 meters long and 0.61 meters wide, strikes N10W and dips NW. Vein walls are chloritized, with silicification and carbonatization. Some spots average 5% Pb and 15 oz. Ag/T.

Workings include shallow trenches and pits. This claim was patented in 1887. No reported production but some hihg-grade ore may have been produced.
