Commodity:Analytical data from harrer and kelly, 1963

Deposit: Discovery year: 1880's deposits consist of large, irregular to roughly tabular bodies of tactite composed chiefly of magnetite, garnet and pyroxene. Tactite includes three distinct varieties, a dark-colored magnetite-fluorite-helvite ribbon rock, a lighter-colored silicate-rich ribbon rock, and a fluorite-rich massive tactite. The property consists of one patented claim, 6 claims on state land and 27 unpatented claims. This record contains data from record d001317 by james e. Development: Usbm performed extensive exploration, mapping and sampling during 1942-1943 including trenches totaling 5100 ft in length, 975 ft of diamond drilling, and 670 ft of underground exploration by adits, shafts and raises.
