Located on a promontory atop cliffs overlooking the Percha Creek, about 2.5 miles (ca. 4 km) east of Hillsboro and across the canyon of Percha Creek from the Macy Mine. Coordinates are approximate.

The mineralization is apparently a vertical, or nearly so, vein running along the top of the cliffs and striking roughly north-south.

Workings visible from the surface (January 2008) include a small exploratory shaft, about 1 meter square, of unknown depth. The southern end of the vein has been excavated with an open cut about 3 meters wide and up to 3 meters deep, with the deeper end toward the north. At the bottom of the north end of the cut, there is an undercut opening of about 1 to 2 meters in size. On the north (uphill) end of the vein, there is a trench about 100 feet (ca. 30 m) long, which was apparently excavated to expose the length of the deposit.
