A mine located south of Tombstone, 1 mile (1.61 km) SE of the Gallagher Vanadium mine, about 3 miles (ca. 5 km) from the San Pedro River.

Mineralization is a 6 feet (1.83 m) wide vein.

Workings include a 60 feet (ca. 18 m) deep shaft (1881).
