This locality is the Kruidfontein farm north of the Pilanesberg complex, largely underlain by a carbonatite complex comprising a variety of basaltic, syenitic, trachytic, sovitic and carbonititic rock types, as well as well-developed pyroclastic breccia (A large volcano intruded and metasomatised by carbonatites). A large fluoride deposit, also apatite & barite with potential for gold in the central brecciated portion of the body.
