From Johanngeorgenstadt you go to Steinbach. From here, on the Sosaer and the Tannenbaumer Straße north, towards Erlabrunn. About halfway, where the Tannenbaumer Straße crosses the Hinter Milchbach stream, are the dumps of the Himmelfahrt mine.

The coordinates are from www.mineralienatlas.de as of 2025-08-20.
Therefore the mine would not be in the municipal of Johanngeorgenstadt but of Eibenstock. Whether the coordinates at www.mineralienatlas.de are correct have to be checked.
