Tellurium-rich gold deposit, consisting of stratified ore bodies with micro-disseminated mineralization occurring along a NE-trending secondary detachment zone. Host rocks are dolomitic limestones, micrite and dolomite of the Early-Middle Cambrian Changqing Group. The deposit is related to the Early Jurassic Tongshi magmatic complex that formed in a continental arc setting on the margin of the North China Craton.
