The Lienne is a river in Belgium. It flows for 28 kilometres (17 mi) through the province of Liège in the northern-central part of the country.

In the period 1840-1935, manganese was being extracted from the valley of the Lienne. The manganese mines brought about many activities in these quiet valleys. Some traces still remind of these events.
