For long stretches, the film is just as funny as the first -- which is saying something, since the first is one of the funniest comedies of the decade, the only film in years to truly infiltrate our communal language and sense of humor.
A collection of arbitrary sketches, bits and improvs jammed into a locker room-style variety show masquerading as some semblance of a narrative.

Better then the first movie in almost every way besides the music and with the introduction of Mini-Me that makes this an almost perfect movie imo

Austin Powers 2 is my personal favorite Austin Powers movie and it is filled with non stop laughs.

There's a rampant looseness to this movie, and it's subversively liberating.
For my taste, too much of the new Powers looks like bad TV and sounds like old burlesque.
The satire is crammed with sexual and scatological humor; some may find this Rabelaisian and refreshing, while others will detect the end of civilization as we know it.
A movie that's nearly as good as its publicity campaign.
Kills whatever charm the first movie had by recycling its few serviceable parts.

If you are looking for the best workbench, then this model should be number one to consider. It comes with a solid wooden surface and specially-designed steel what is the best work bench body that is able to withstand high loads. Another important feature of this model is its pegboard with a hook set for 23 items. On a shelf at the top, you will be able to place and hand all the devices and tools for easy and quick access.

The second installment in Mike Myers's spy parody is something of an ugly duckling when compared to its siblings. Tossing away the more grounded themes and aspects of the first film, it dives headfirst into a sea of slapstick and never comes up for air. The Spy Who Shagged Me isn't a bad movie, nor does it want for laughs; it merely dips into the well of recurring gags too frequently and grapples with a tough set of growing pains. The plot's reverse time travel elements are half-baked and don’t work, a shortcoming which the movie itself acknowledges by literally telling the audience not to take things too seriously. That may make for a good standalone punchline, but it doesn't solve the problem and as this follows in the footsteps of a very well-written first film, it’s tough not to expect more. New cast members Mini-Me and Fat Bastard are brilliant additions who steal the spotlight every time they're on the screen, but Myers and flavor of the month Heather Graham never really connect as a duo. Simply going through the motions is good enough for a few laughs, but it's missing a lot of the invariables that made the first installment so successful.

I like how Michael Myers happily performs with great enthusiasm, but "Austin Powers: The Spy who Shagged Me" is a over-the-boundaries-of-the-definition-happy movie with too much **** jokes.

Enthusiastic as ever; however, I'm still not impressed or convinced by Mike Myers' Austin Powers or his Dr. Evil. More laughs than the first installment, but it's not enough.

It proves how fast you can kill a series when the sequel is nothing compared to the first film. Its pretty trashy if you ask me. The jokes are not that funny, The plot was incredibly stupid, the acting is average at best. Its just one piece of trash after another. I was a fan of the first film but my god did this ****.
