MCWD Caps 2025 at 28.9% Non-Revenue Water!
Despite the Typhoon Tino in November 2025, the Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD)continues to make progress in reducing Non-Revenue Water (NRW).

NRW rose from30.8% in September 2025 to31.4% in October 2025, ticked up to32.8% in November 2025.
As we closed 2025, MCWD bounced back with asolid improvement, bringing NRW down to28.9% in December.
With these initiatives, NRW has shown astrong turnaround heading into the end of 2025.
