According to LMC Automotive's production forecast (Quarter 1, 2019), global light vehicle production in 2019 will be 94.6 million units, and 100.1 million in 2021.Among the leading groups, Volkswagen Group’s global production volume for 2021 is expected to reach 12 million units, while the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Group and Toyota Group are expected to produce slightly less than 11 million units respectively. Approaching 2021, Hyundai Group is expected to grow steadily and achieve a global production volume of 8 million units.
