Zavok is aZeti and the leader of theDeadly Six, the main antagonists ofSonic Lost World. WhenDr. Eggman came to theLost Hex, Zavok and the other members of the Deadly Six were forced into serving him, due to the effects of hisCacophonic Conch—however, afterSonic got rid of the conch, the Deadly Six rebelled and took control of Dr. Eggman's forces.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U[edit]

Zavok, along withZazz and the rest of the Deadly Six, appears as part of the The Deadly Sixtrophy inSuper Smash Bros. for Wii U.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[edit]

While Zavok does not appear directly inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, he is alluded to in the game's Classic Mode. The sixth battle of Sonic's route, At the Speed of Sound, is against aGiantIncineroar onWindy Hill Zone. Incineroar is similar to Zavok, and the size alludes to Zavok's ability to become a giant.

Zavok makes an appearance as an unlockable playable character inMario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, where he is exclusively playable inBoxing in theWii U version, and in bothBoxing andBoxing Plus in theNintendo 3DS version. This marks his first playable appearance in any video game.

In the Nintendo 3DS version, Zavok appears during the sixth day of Sonic's Story in Road to Rio mode. Ifthe player talks to him, he challenges them to a match of Boxing Plus. If the player accepts and wins, Zavok is unlocked as a playable character in Boxing and Boxing Plus in other modes.

In the Wii U version, Zavok has a high power stat, fairly low speed, and middling technique. In this version, there is a chance of Zavok appearing onCopacabana Beach during the Boxing tournament. If he is talked to, his flag is earned. Additionally, he can appear after said tournament is won and challenge the player to a Boxing match - if the player defeats him, he is unlocked as playable in Boxing.

Zavok appears inMario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 as a playable guest character in Boxing. To unlock him, the player must beat Zavok in Boxing asLuigi in Chapter 11 of Story Mode,The Items' Sender.
