"Wii Maple Treeway"[1] is a musical theme inMario Kart Wii, where it plays inthe race course of the same name.

Mario Kart Wii[edit]
Mario Kart Wii marks the first appearance of "Wii Maple Treeway". It is also included in the officialMario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album.
The theme that plays inBowser's Castle is a more sinister,dark wave arrangement of "Wii Maple Treeway" in minor key. It is titled 「クッパキャッスル」 (Kuppa Kyassuru, "Bowser's Castle") in the officialMario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album. This theme gains a distortion effect when racing on the moving hallway, and additional percussion between theKanaami road and the area with theLava Geysers. It also incorporates a brief arrangement of "Castle BGM" fromSuper Mario Bros. at the beginning.
A brief arrangement of "Wii Maple Treeway" is incorporated in the second half of the staff credits theme. It is titled 「スタッフロールB」 (Sutaffu Rōru B, "Staff Roll B") in the officialMario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe[edit]
