Whomp Silver Star Speed Run is the third mission of theThrowback Galaxy inSuper Mario Galaxy 2 and itsNintendo Switch port. This mission is first playable if the player collected theComet Medal in thefirst mission and aPrankster Comet is in orbit. The mission's objective is to collect all of theSilver Stars within a two-minute time limit.

Layout[edit]

This is the Throwback Galaxy'sPrankster Comet. The stage is the same asSilver Stars in the Whomp Fortress, only there is a two-minute time limit. IfMario orLuigi grab the fiveSilver Stars before the time runs out, they are rewarded with thePower Star. The Bonus Planet is not present during this mission.
