InChallenge Mode, Waluigi has to purchase this eggplant item before he can use theLiar Ball, which is hisStar Skill. However, Waluigi can only buy this ifWario is his team captain, or if he is on another captain's team. This item is only available inChallenge Mode, as Waluigi can use the Liar Ball inExhibition Mode without needing the item.
