Whibbi is aNimbi sage who helpsMario and his friends saveThe Overthere. He is a close aide toGrambi and the coordinator of the Nimbi sages. He is first found encased in a block of solid ice, which implies that he had probably been frozen byBonechill's icy breath, like many other Nimbis. Using his ownFire Breath,Bowser thaws the ice and thus released Whibbi. Then, Whibbi tells Mario to find theRed,Blue andYellow Orbs so that he will be able to rebuild the bridge toGrambi's palace, theHeroes of Light's next destination.
