Walnuts are enemies appearing inDonkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and its Nintendo Switchport. They areWaldoughs who wear blue trousers, an orange helmet, and a leather wristband on each hand. They are members of theSnowmads as shown from their insignia on their belts.

Walnuts slowly walk back and forth, and their helmet protects them from any jump attack. However, theKongs can defeat Walnuts by either performing threeRoll Attacks, throwing abarrel or usingRambi. Their helmet is not impervious fromCranky Kong'sCane Bounces, which can also be used to defeat Walnuts.
