TheVolcano Vase is a special quest item that is found during the events ofPaper Mario.

After defeatingLava Piranha onLavalava Island,Mt. Lavalava erupts and launches thetreasure chest that contains the Volcano Vase into the air. The chest lands on the island in theJade Jungle whereSushie was trapped. Giving the vase toKolorado inYoshi's Village causes him to exchange it for aMagical Seed which Mario needs to use in order to gain access to theFlower Fields.
