Underhands are invincible enemies inSuper Paper Mario. Their appearance is that of a skeletal and/or ghostly hand, attached to a disjointed white arm of sorts. They are encountered in Chapter 7-1,The Underwhere, within theRiver Twygz. Most swim freely around the water; others are attached to the bottom. Underhands will pursue and/or reach toward the player to attempt to damage them, in a manner similar toDeep-Cheeps. When the water in the River Twygz is drained, they disappear. They are later seen in Chapter 7-2 along theUnderwhere Road. It is possible to knock an Underhand's "head" off usingBarry, after which its body will disappear and its head will create a new body after a brief moment after it falls. They can also be stunned withFleep.
