Twilight City Plus is the final plusworld thatMario chasesDonkey Kong through inMario vs. Donkey Kong and itsNintendo Switchremakeof the same name. It is the plus world counterpart ofTwilight City. It is the sixth plus world in the original game, but instead is the eighth plus world in the remake under similar circumstances to its regular counterpart.

In the Nintendo Switch remake, the level select screen's color has changed from indigo to pink under similar circumstances to Twilight City. Notably, the background used in this world's levels in the remake features an actual twilight sky taking place in the early morning.
