Bonus level[edit]
Exclusively inMario vs. Donkey Kong for theNintendo Switch is a bonus level that appears after completing enough levels. The final bonus level in the entire game is based on the layout forLevel 8-1+, removing all hazards and adding severalSprings and anotherGarbage Can. The player must make use of the springs to quickly collect all the1-Up Mushrooms way up ahead, and to quickly catch theflying key. That done before the timer runs out, the player can bring it to the chest to receive the final bonus of extra lives.
