Toce T. is aToad andKoops’s next-door neighbor inPetalburg inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. She plays a major role inMerlee'strouble, in which Merlee forgets the recipe forHeartful Cake and sendsMario to Toce T., who she is sure knows its recipe. Toce T. informs Mario of the recipe, being aCake Mix and aRuin Powder, and Mario eventually completes the trouble. This trouble seems to show that Toce T. is acquainted with Merlee, as the latter wonders who the Toad was making the Heartful Cake for at the time and tells Mario to tell her she said "hi.” Toce T. also mentions having kids, and fears for their safety beforeHooktail’s defeat.

Naming[edit]
"Toce T." is a play on the word "toasty". Some European localizations follow suit and give her a food-themed name as well.
InPaper Mario, one ofChuck Quizmo's questions features "Toace T." as an incorrect answer forRuss T.'s name. Though spelled differently, this incorrect name happens to feature an identical pun to that of Toce T.
