Not to be confused with the "TIME UP!" message that plays when the player exceeds aTime Limit.

Time Out is a Special Move taught toMario inPaper Mario after freeing theStar SpiritKlevar. Similar to the itemStop Watch and the Special MoveClock Out inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Time Out canimmobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns, and if successful, it always does so for one turn more than a Stop Watch. The move costs twoSP to use.
