Tiki Torks[1] are a larger variant ofTiki Buzzes and enemies that appear inDonkey Kong Country Returns and itsNintendo 3DS andNintendo Switch ports.
Tiki Torks are similar to Tiki Buzzes in behavior and appearance. Like their main relative, Tiki Torks are large, wooden, drum-shapedTikis, but they have red eyes rather than black. Tiki Torks have two red down-arrow stripes on the center of their face, which Tiki Buzzes do not have.
Donkey Kong andDiddy Kong can defeat a Tiki Tork by jumping on it three times (unlike Tiki Buzzes, which only require a single hit). Tiki Torks are vulnerable to every other attack, including aRoll Attack, throwing abarrel, or hitting them withRambi. Like Tiki Buzzes, theKongs must sometimes jump on Tiki Torks to get across large gaps and reach higher areas.
InFlutter Flyaway, there are Tiki Torks trapped in cages. Like the caged Tiki Buzzes, they mainly serve asmoving platforms for the Kongs to get across the level. The caged Tikis cannot be defeated, and the Kongs can walk on them like a platform.
