The Underwhere is a bar (described in-game as a "beveragarium") located on the first basement floor ofFlipside, in the gameSuper Paper Mario. It is named afterThe Underwhere, the realm of the dead which can also be visited during the course of the game.
The bar specializes in servingmilk, althoughMario himself cannot purchase any during the game. Instead, he can talk to the barkeeper,Garson, for gossip. Each story costs tencoins, and provides insight into the backstories of some of the other characters and shed light on several aspects ofSuper Paper Mario's storyline, such as the histories of thePixls and theTribe of Ancients. The bar is frequented byChap. After Mario defeatsSuper Dimentio,The InterNed will appear resting on a table in the bar. He will offer to play any song that Mario or the other heroes have "heard" (the background music) for ten coins each. Also, hidden behind the wall is a goldenWarp Pipe that leads toThe InterChet'sFlipside Arcade.
The Underwhere'sFlopside counterpart isThe Overthere, which serves coffee rather than milk, is run byCarson, and is named fora specific region of The Underworld, where the sinless spend their afterlives.

Most of the soundtrack is available to listen from the InterNed. In total, 87 tracks are playable. The music is played indefinitely until the player exits the Underwhere or changes the track by paying another ten coins, or except if the track is a non-looping song ("Today's Story", "Open the Next Door", and "Goodnight"), after which the music reverts to default ("Flipside"). There are no repeats until all 87 tracks have been played at least once.
