When used inMario Party 4, the item uses aroulette to determine the target player. By pressingA Button, it slows down and stops on one of the opponents' icons 225 degrees from when the input was registered.[1] If left alone, the spinner stops by itself on the bottom side after a minute.

  • BradyGamesMario Party 4 Official Strategy Guide description:
    • English (United States):
This card randomly chooses a player with whom you are forced to switch items. This is a great item to have when other players have aMagic Lamp or something else you need. Because the choice is random, it can backfire, but sometimes it's worth the risk.[2]

Mario Party: The Top 100[edit]

  • In-game description:
    • English:
Dump all of your ho-hum items on a rival in exchange for all their sweet gear.
