ASurprise Ball (also known as a! Ball,[1]‘!’ Block,[2]Exclamation Mark Block,[3] orExclamation Block[4]) is a sphericalplatform thatBaby Yoshis use inYoshi's Story. Surprise Balls are round in shape and float in midair. A Baby Yoshi can use one with his tongue, pulling him in and thrusting him upwards, ending up standing on top of it. A similar-looking item, titled the? Bubble, exists in the game—instead of an exclamation mark, this red ball has a white question mark on it.
