Super Mario-kun (stylized asSUPER MARIO KUN inSuper Mario Maker) is a Japanese-publishedSuper Mariomanga series written byYukio Sawada and published byShogakukan. The manga has been serialized monthly inCoroCoro Comic since November 1990 with the firsttankōbon released in July 1991. The series is aimed at children and features the characters and scenarios of variousSuper Mario games, though with different twists and creative liberties. It also contains crude humor, puns, breaking thefourth wall, nudity, and slapstick violence. There are also a few puzzles (such as mazes and objects hidden in scenes) to be solved throughout the installments.

Starting in August 2014, theSuper Mario-kun series was released for the "Bookstore Anywhere" application on Nintendo 3DS in Japan in bundles of ten volumes up to volume 57 for ¥4,400 each. The first set containing volumes one through ten was released on August 27, 2014 the second set on September 24, the third on October 29, and the fourth on November 26.[1]

In December 2014,Soleil Productions began to publish a French localization of the series in its Soleil Manga collection, titledSuper Mario: Manga Adventures.[2] A Spanish translation byPlaneta DeAgostini under the nameSuper Mario Aventuras has started to be released since late November 2016.[3]

A "best of" collection titledSuper Mario Manga Mania was compiled in September 2017,[4] which was later translated to English byVIZ Media and released on December 8, 2020.[5][6] Another best-of collection was released in April 2023 in the form ofSuper Mario-kun Special Selection, starting with a remake of the first ever chapter of the manga series.[7]

To celebrate the manga series' 25th anniversary, Mario'sSuper Mario-kun design was added as aCostume Mario inSuper Mario Maker. The costume is unlocked by clearing the "SUPER MARIO KUN 25th Anniversary"Event Course.

6Sixth part of theSuper Mario World arc: The first half takes place after Volume 5's events, and the second part right after Volume 4's: Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi go back to their rescue of Princess Peach and face more foes, while chapters make references toSuper Mario Kart,Super Mario Bros. 2, andYoshi's Cookie. Mario is challenged twice byDonkey Kong Jr. to akart race, and the heroes fight withBirdo (who later joins them) andMouser. After the rescue of Princess Peach, she is kidnapped again and taken to theSpecial Zone. Mario and Bowser have aSuper Mario Kart Battle Mode duel before they must team up to save Princess Peach from a curse meant for Mario.

The volume ends with an anticipation of the next story arc,Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins: Mario discovers thatWario has conqueredMario Land and, with the help of a sentientCarrot, begins his journey to liberate it.

7First part of theSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins arc: Mario returns to Mario Land, only to discover that his old friendWario has conquered it. Helped by aCarrot, he goes to find the sixGolden Coins and free each region from Wario's influence. Mario and Carrot go through theTree Zone and defeat theBig Bird guarding one of the Golden Coins. As Yoshi sends Mario gifts for liberating Dinosaur Land, they are soon joined byYokkī, a sentientYoshi Cookie. They then travel through theTurtle Zone, where they are helped by friendlyGoombas and defeat theoctopus. Following this, they go through theMario Zone, facing off against the zone himself (rigged by Wario) and theThree Little Pigheads. They then go through theMacro Zone where they defeat thesewer rat with the help of acollector.

There are also two one-off stories: In one, Peach and Bowser's Minions, under her orders, hatch a plan to make Mario lose weight. In the other story, Mario and Yoshi try to save theYoshis from a curse by adventuring through an RPG-style adventure.

8Super Mario Bros. 2 arc, which takes place after the first half of Volume 6's events and before Volume 4's:Wart takes overSubcon and, after kidnapping them from Bowser's Castle, challenges Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Birdo to rescue the land. The four heroes travel through theworlds of Subcon, defeatingMouser,Tryclyde,Fryguy, andClawgrip along the way. Birdo dies trying to protect Yoshi, but is quickly replaced withToad. The final battle against Wart proves itself to be very difficult, as Wart is not sensitive tovegetables anymore and has the ability to molt. Eventually, Wart is defeated through the combined efforts of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Bowser, Birdo's sisters,Baby Yoshis, and Yoshi's hunger, but Bowser kidnaps Princess Peach again and the Mario Bros. return to Dinosaur Land to rescue her.

Second part of theSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins arc: Mario, Carrot, and Yokkī go through thePumpkin Zone and, guided by a friendlyBoo, defeat theWitch.

There are also two one-off stories: an anticipation ofMario & Wario, in which Wario usesbuckets to make Mario, Yoshi, and Peach lose themselves in a forest, and another one based onYoshi's Safari, in which Yoshi defeats enemies with his bazooka.

9Yoshi's Safari arc: Mario, wanting to retire, is forced to join yet another adventure to stop the chaos afflicting the world by finding the threeCrystal Mushrooms. Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Birdo (reincarnated as a fairy) adventure through Dinosaur Land, fighting stronger versions of past enemies and finally finding the first Crystal Mushroom in the ruins of Bowser's old castle. After accidentally drifting off to another land, the heroes encounter Bowser who possesses the second Crystal Mushroom and steals the protagonists' as well. The next step in the journey isJewelry Land, which has been turned into a mechanical land by Bowser. Using theSuper Scope, Mario and Yoshi, the only characters to be unaffected by the mechanical virus, faceLudwig,King Blooper, and finallyMecha Bowser himself. They recover the three Crystal Mushrooms and undo the curse on the world, revealing the Super Scope to be a transformedPrince Pine. Later, Bowser tries to get revenge on the heroes by trapping them in theMario Bros. stage against theMecha Nokonoko.

First part of theMario & Wario arc: While Peach is still under Bowser's guard, Wario throws abucket on her head, revealing to Bowser that Luigi possesses the key to take it off. Bowser rushes to Mario's home at Yoshi's Island, only to learn that Mario himself has had a bucket thrown on him by Wario and that Luigi has been out for a walk. The fairyWanda appears to help the heroes in their quest to find Luigi, but due to an unfortunate incident, she ends up being merged with Bowser. Mario, Yoshi, Bowser, and Wanda go through theForest of Fairies and manage to take the bucket off Mario's head after it turned into an enemy. They then go through theYoshi Lake, where they battle a monster made ofeggshells dropped by Wario.

Third part of theSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins arc: Mario, Carrot, and Yokkī are robbed of their five Golden Coins byTatanga and chase him to theSpace Zone, with the help of theHippo statue. However, they are defeated in battle and fall back to Earth, but Bowser, disguised asSanta Claus, defeats Tatanga and gives Mario all six Golden Coins as a Christmas gift.

The volume concludes with a one-off story in which Wario and aGoomba go treasure hunting underwater.

10Second part of theMario & Wario arc: Mario, Bowser-Wanda, and Yoshi finally find Luigi and run back to Bowser's Castle to free Peach, but are confronted by Wario donningSamus's Power Suit. Defeated, Luigi is turned into a key by Wario, and Peach's bucket is lifted off her head.

Fourth part of theSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins arc: Mario, Carrot, and Yokkī, with the help of the Golden Coins power, defeat Wario, shrinking him intoMini Wario form, and shoo him away from Mario Land.

In a bonus story based onYoshi's Safari, Mario is trapped by Roy in a flipper in the form of a ball, while Yoshi tries to help him get through it.

First part of theWario Land: Super Mario Land 3 arc: Mario and Yoshi meetChirako, whose island has been taken by Wario. While they head to stop him, Wario tries to freeze them withTetris blocks. Once they arrive at the island, they discover the townsfolk and Wario tied up: theBrown Sugar Pirates trapped them after stopping by. The pirates attack Mario and Yoshi and, during the fight, Wario gets free and helps the heroes fight the pirates, deciding then to join forces to stop the pirates and steal their treasure: a giant golden statue of Peach.A special chapter based onSuper Mario All-Stars concludes the volume: Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi save Peach from Bowser, Wart, and Wario, who force the heroes to pass through their deadly puzzles.

11Second part of theWario Land: Super Mario Land 3 arc: Mario, Yoshi, and Wario reachKitchen Island, the alleged Pirate cove, and face againstSpiked Koopa,Minotaur, andPenkoon.

Game BoyDonkey Kong: While buying clothes inPauline's shop with Yoshi, Mario angers Donkey Kong, who kidnaps Pauline and locks her up at the top of a construction site. Mario and Yoshi, avoiding enemies and barrels, reach him and knock him upward with a hammer swing, but the key to Pauline's cage falls and is buried under the debris caused by DK's fall to the ground.

First part of theWario Woods arc: Wario and his monster conquer thePeaceful Woods andWanda runs to Peach's Castle asking for help, so Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, Toad, and Birdo go to help her. The heroes faceFauster,Boom, andGoro

12Third part of theWario Land: Super Mario Land 3 arc: Mario, Yoshi, and Wario fight against theDevil's Head,Bobo, and theghost. The latter one is defeated with the power of three Mario clones created with theGame BoyDonkey Kong bonus roulette and Luigi. After the three Mario clones sacrifice, the rest of the heroes reachSyrup Castle, where they face theKnight and the final battle againstCaptain Syrup and herGenie starts. Mario is then trapped in the Genie's lamp, where he fights against the defeated bosses of Kitchen Island, but he is rescued byDonkey Kong.

Second part of theWario Woods arc: Mario, Luigi, Toad, Wanda, and Birdo are now againstMad the mermaid, turned into a water demon, andSeizer.

Anticipation of theDonkey Kong Country arc: Mario and Yoshi, while flying overDonkey Kong Island with theSky Pop, are shot down with a barrel by theKongs.Cranky Kong explains they mistook them with theKremlings, the pirate crocodiles that are stealing the island'sbananas. Mario, in exchange for a new plane, helps Donkey Kong andDiddy Kong retrieve a banana hoard guarded by aRock Kroc.

One last bonus chapter sees Wario irritating hisSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins' minions.

13Fourth part of theWario Land: Super Mario Land 3 arc:Genie creates a powerful explosion that damages the castle, soCaptain Syrup flees, leaving everyone else behind in the crumbling castle. Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Wario, chased by the Genie, escape from the castle and find the stolen Peach's golden statue, but Syrup comes back and activates a secondary function of the castle, making it turn into a robot. While Wario tries to stop Syrup from getting away with the statue, Mario and his friends fight the castle. The castle is defeated and Syrup escapes, but Wario manages to retrieve the statue. Suddenly, the statue eats Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi and disappears, leaving Wario alone with the Genie's lamp, which he uses to ask for a castle, but the Genie gives him a dog kennel instead.

Koopa Empire arc: Meanwhile, Mario and the others are taken by the statue into the future, where theBowser took over theMushroom Kingdom. Following the destruction of the statue, Mario decides to first stop the Koopa reign and then find a way to go back to the past.

Third part of theWario Woods arc: The heroes face againstDrago, theFake Warios, and finally Wario, which accidentally fused himself with a tree.

Fierce battle!! Survival race edition: Peach has prepared a survival race. Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi intend to participate, and so do Bowser, Wario, and DK. During the race, each participant uses every possible tactic to win.

The last chapter is a collection of puzzles based on the final act ofWario Land: Super Mario Land 3, with Mario, Yoshi, and Wario traversing Syrup Castle, defeating the Genie, and getting their own castle.

14First part of theSuper Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island arc: still stuck in the future that is the Koopa Empire, Mario and Luigi finds a photo of Yoshi's childhood album, in which he once helped ayoung Mario reunite to Luigi and be delivered home. Bowser also appears and decides to go to the past to stop the young Yoshi's mission to reunite the Mario Bros. Mario and Luigi follow him with theTaru-gata Machine and end up in Yoshi's Island from the past (Yoshi quickly follows them with another machine). After saving Baby Mario fromKamek's clutches, they all go to Bowser's Castle to rescueBaby Luigi. In the volume, the heroes fight againstBurt the Bashful andFroggy.

First part of theDonkey Kong Country arc: Mario and Yoshi crash on Donkey Kong Island where theKremlings are stealing all the bananas on the island. Cranky Kong, asking Mario for help, decides to take the island and bananas back.Donkey Kong,Diddy Kong, Mario, and Yoshi faceVery Gnawty,Master Necky, andDumb Drum.

The 4-komas are based onDonkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest: Diddy Kong andDixie Kong explore the dangerousCrocodile Isle to rescue DK. Dixie is constantly pulling Diddy out of trouble while he does not even acknowledge it.

15Second part of theSuper Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island arc: Yoshi, Mario, Luigi, and Baby Mario face off againstSluggy the Unshaven and Bowser, the latter turned into aBaby by Baby Mario after the explosion of aPOW Block. Kamek then turns Bowser into a giant, but with the combined forces of Baby Mario andBaby Luigi, Bowser is defeated and both the past and future are saved.

Second part of theDonkey Kong Country arc: The party fights againstMaster Necky Snr. andHard Hat and boards theGangplank Galleon where they face theKing K. Rool.

Anticipation of theSuper Mario 64 arc: Luigi has aNintendo 64 with a copy ofSuper Mario 64 and Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi have fun with all the new game mechanics.

First part of theSuper Mario 64 arc: Mario is invited byPeach to her castle for a party, but once there, Mario discovers that Bowser has conquered the castle to make it the new base for his minions. With the help ofToad and aBob-omb Buddy, Mario starts his hunt for thePower Stars; the source of Peach's Castle's power and the only thing that can keep the minions away. In this volume, Mario and his friends go inBob-omb Battlefield,Whomp Fortress,Hazy Maze Cave andJolly Roger Bay, fighting against theBig Bob-omb (who becomes their ally),King Whomp and theUnagi.

The 4-komas are based onMario Kart 64.

17Third part of theSuper Mario 64 arc: Peach is strangely still missing, and Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, and Bob-omb Buddy look for her inTall, Tall Mountain,Tiny-Huge Island, and other areas they have already visited, as well as the flea market of Bowser's Minions and a dump of enemies based on items (like theMoneybag and theMad Piano). Mario later finds himself trapped in the mirror world, where he is harassed by his and his friends' mirror copies.

First part of theMario Kart 64 arc: Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, Wario, and Bowser have a kart race to see which one is number one. The characters race onRoyal Raceway,Choco Mountain,Bowser's Castle,DK's Jungle Parkway (where they are joined by DK),Koopa Troopa Beach,Banshee Boardwalk, and a snowedKalimari Desert.

18Fourth part of theSuper Mario 64 arc: Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi are about to re-enterBowser in the Sky, but Yoshi eats all the collected Power Stars, forcing the group to take another pack of Stars fromTick Tock Clock andRainbow Ride. Reaching Bowser, Mario notices that things are too familiar and Bowser reveals his trump card: he did lose before and Peach was free, but he simply turned off the game before saving and is now canceling the save files, nullifying the whole adventure. Bowser has won; Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi are back at the start, and Peach's Castle is now the cove of Bowser's minions. Slowly but steadily, Mario takes back the castle from the minions, even managing to bring some of them on his side, and with the help of other friends, the castle is now minion-free. Now, all that is left for Mario and his friends to do is save Peach.

Second part of theMario Kart 64 arc: The characters race throughYoshi Valley,Rainbow Road, andSherbet Land. The race is finished, but it ends with a tie, so Peach suggests declaring the winner after aBattle Mode.

19Fifth part of theSuper Mario 64 arc: The final battle between Mario and Bowser begins. Bowser starts by using theYoshi's Safari's mecha, then uses his troops against Mario, which uses his own troop, made out of the enemies he befriended during the adventure. Bowser is defeated and Mario can finally enjoy Peach's cake.

First part of theYoshi's Story arc: In the past,Baby Bowser stole theSuper Happy Tree from theYoshis, but the island suddenly turned into a book. In the present, Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi find the book where Yoshi's Island once was and Mario is sucked in. He then helps the colorfulTeam Chibi Yoshi retrieve the Super Happy Tree from Baby Bowser and restore the island. In this volume, the group findsPoochy and fights againstBone Dragon,Cloud N. Candy, andSlug.

First part of theMario Party arc: While on a picnic with Peach and Toad, Mario, Wario, Yoshi, Luigi, and DK start arguing about who is the best hero of them all. After they all defeatgiant snake, Toad suggests testing their worth with minigames. Meanwhile, Bowser decides to interfere with the minigames. The only board visited in the volume isDK's Jungle Adventure. The minigames played are:Buried Treasure,Limbo Dance,Hammer Drop,Crazy Cutter, andBash 'n' Cash.

23Third part of theMario Party arc: Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Toad, and Wario reach theBowser's Magma Mountain board, playing other minigames along the way (Bombs Away andHot Rope Jump). Bowser steals the party's Stars and tries to stop them with aZtar, but it ends up helping them, being tired of being mistreated by Bowser. To win, Bowser eats all the Stars collected by the heroes, but the Ztar power-ups Mario, who defeats Bowser and obtains the title of Superstar. After celebrating, Bowser takes overMario's Rainbow Castle, so one last match begins.

The first bonus story is based onMario Golf: One of the holes is occupied by a Monty Mole family, and Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Yoshi have to fight them. Then, in the next course, the different enemies keep stealing or deviating from the protagonists' shots.

The second bonus story is based onDonkey Kong 64 and theDonkey Kong Country animated series:Candy Kong challenges DK andBluster Kong in a race on which they need to get her the photo of the first sunset of 2000. They both head to the mountains to take a good photo, but they are ambushed by theKremlings.

The last chapter is an anticipation of theMario Party 2 arc: Bowser Land is replaced byMario Land, but Peach, Luigi, Wario, and Yoshi start arguing with Mario to have the land named after them. While Bowser retakes it back, Toad calms the heroes down and declares the start of a new Mario Party to declare the name of the land.

During the last minigame (Hammer Slammer), Yoshi destroys the entire land with the rocket, so Mario happily gives the land to him.

First part of theSuper Mario Sunshine arc: Mario and Peach take a vacation onIsle Delfino. Yoshi and Luigi follow them on the plane, but Mario saws it in half, crashlanding with Peach on a remote beach of the Isle. Mario is attacked byPiranhabon and he is saved by aPianta who becomes upset with him and throws him in jail. The Piantas explains that a vandal who looks just like Mario has defaced the island with paint and goop, bringing with him some monsters. Mario, with the help of a hydro-machine,FLUDD, decides to clear his name by stopping this vandal:Shadow Mario.

Wario Land 4 arc (which interrupts aPaper Mario side-story): Wario, followed by aBlack Cat andMad Scienstein, explores theGolden Pyramid to findPrincess Shokora's treasure. Guided by a capturedHoggus, Wario defeats the bosses and theGolden Diva, saving with this the treasures and Princess Shokora.

In a side story, Bowser tries to sabotage Mario and Peach's flight, but the Star Spirits andPaper Mario's allies stop him. The chapter is followed up by a recap of the beginning of the game, in which Mario defeats theProto Piranha inDelfino Plaza.

Luigi's Mansion arc: Luigi has won a mansion in a lottery he never participated in. In the mansion, Luigi is attacked byghosts but is saved byProfessor E. Gadd, a ghost hunter scientist studying the places of the ghosts and Boos that kidnapped Mario early that day. Accompanied by Toad, Luigi explores the mansion, defeating the ghosts in search of his brother. The ghost fought areNeville,Lydia,Chauncey,The Floating Whirlindas (which avoid being sucked),Mr. Luggs,Spooky,Bogmire,Miss Petunia (who is just frozen), andVincent Van Gore. After finding Mario, Luigi and Toad discover that Bowser is behind this, but while fighting him, it is revealed to be a robot controlled byKing Boo. However, after defeating King Boo, all his magic disappears: Mario's prison and the mansion.

The group enters the competition and (helped byYoshi) they defeat the different teams and the championRawk Hawk. However, the stadium managerGrubba accidentally discovers the Crystal Star's power and is transformed into amonster. After defeating him, the party's next stop is inTwilight Town, where a curse is placed upon the citizens by the tricksterDoopliss who accidentally swaps bodies with Mario after they bump their heads into each other.

In the bonus chapter, Yoshi fights against Bowser inToad Town, only to discover that he wasKammy Koopa in disguise.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong arc: DK, having fallen in love with theMini-Mario toys, but unable to buy them anywhere, steals them from the factory. Mario and Toad chase him, rescuing the toys which help them defeat DK.

By the time the real Bowser arrives, Grodus unleashesGloomtail on them and uses Peach (which he kidnapped) to summon the soul of theShadow Queen. Meanwhile, Luigi joins forces withMiss Mowz to stop some enemies from invading the Palace of Shadow with the power ofbadges. Meanwhile, Yoshi and Toad collectStar Pieces to grant a wish. With their help and the Crystal Stars', Mario, Bowser, Goombella, and Koops defeat the Shadow Queen, saving Peach and the world. While looking for a way out of the Palace, the group is joined by Luigi and fights against theBeard Queen.

First part of theMario & Luigi: Partners in Time arc: Once upon a time, in the Mushroom Kingdom, back when Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Bowser were babies, theShroob aliens invaded them. The Peach from the future, while visiting the past withE. Gadd's latest invention, is kidnapped by the Shroobs, so Mario and Luigi, followed byStuffwell (another of E. Gadd's creations) travel to the past and ally with their baby counterpart to save Peach and the past from the aliens. After learning that Baby Peach's castle is now the new base of the Shroobs, they discover that E. Gadd's time machine fuel, theCobalt Star could open a way in the castle. The boss fought areJunior Shrooboid andSwiggler.

The bonus chapter is based onNew Super Mario Bros.: Mario and Luigi enjoy the new power-ups that the new game offers them, while they embark on a quest to save Peach from Bowser and Bowser Jr.

The Shroobs are defeated and everyone returns to their own time. The last chapter sees Baby Bowser eating theShroob mushroom the princesses left behind, becomingShrowser.

The kidnapper is a villain from another dimension:Count Bleck, who wants to marry Bowser and Peach to create theChaos Heart and destroy all the universes. While Bleck takes away Bowser, Mario, Luigi, and Bowser's Minions, leaving him behind, is reached byTippi thePixl, naming him the first hero of the prophecy that will destroy the Chaos Heart with the power of thePure Hearts. While fighting Count Bleck, Tippi is revealed to be his lost fianceé, who was made to disappear by Bleck's father, making him plunge into the dark thought that no one should suffer the loss of their own loved ones like this, the reason why he wanted to destroy the worlds and spare them from such agony. Bleck stops his plan, but his minionDimentio steals the Chaos Heart to remodel the worlds after him, but Mario and his friends destroy him and the Chaos Heart, while Tippi and Bleck live their happy ending.

First part of theSuper Mario Galaxy arc: During theStar Festival, Bowser eradicatesPeach's Castle with her inside with UFO fleet. Mario tries to rescue her, but he is launched into space. Mario is depressed and tired of all this unchanged routing of him saving Peach from Bowser every three seconds, butRosalina and herLumas make him regain trust and he accepts to help them refuel theirComet Observatory with Power Stars and reach Bowser. During his quest, Mario visitsGateway Galaxy,Good Egg Galaxy,Honeyhive Galaxy, andSpace Junk Galaxy; he fightsDino Piranha,King Kaliente,Kamella andTarantox. Mario also finds Luigi multiple times, but for some reason, he is launched from one galaxy to another.

They defeat theSteward,Chef Soulfflé,King MacFrights,Ug,Serpci,Kruller,Dr. Potter, andClem.

Yoshi's Crafted World arc: While rewatching some old news of Yoshi's Island, Yoshi learns that the theft of theSundream Stone was the work ofBaby Bowser. He jumps inside the television, traveling through time and helping the Young Yoshis retrieve the Sundream Stone. They defeatBurt the Ball andThe Tin-Can Condor.

Super Mario Maker 2: Mario and Luigi have fun with the new elements, but once again, Bowser traps them inside his level.

First part of thePaper Mario: The Origami King arc: Toad Town is celebrating the Origami Festival, but when Mario and Luigi arrive in town, they find no Toads and Peach has been turned into an origami. Mario soon learns that the Origami King,King Olly, wants to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom, eliminate the Toads, and convert the rest of the inhabitants into origami. Mario allies with Olly's sisterOlivia to stop him. They fight against theEarth Vellumental,Colored Pencils, andRubber Band. They also meetBobby, but he soon has to leave the party because he loses his voice after breaking a rock that fell on Olivia with a scream.

Anticipation of theBowser's Fury arc: Mario falls in aNot-Bottomless Hole and arrives atLake Lapcat. Bowser Jr. pleads him to help him: Bowser has turned into amonster after touching a mysterious black goop. Mario, using the Lake'sGiga Bell, fights the gigantic Bowser.

A bonus chapter is based onMario Kart Live: Home Circuit: Mario and Bowser Jr. compete in a kart race inside a very messy living room, where they are also chased by a giant cat.

The last few chapters celebrate the manga's 30th anniversary by including a special two-part story with Yukio Sawada as the protagonist.

Feeling ashamed of his actions, Olly and Olivia take back his evil mistakes, returning the kingdom to its original glory.

Some bonus chapters see Mario, the folded Bowser, and Olivia take on the remainingFolded Soldiers andPaper Macho Soldiers, saving the Toads, and fighting against theWater Vellumental.

Bowser's Fury arc: Mario and Bowser Jr. attempt to stop Fury Bowser from taking over Lake Lapcat.

Mario Golf: Super Rush: Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Bowser host a game of golf. In the first chapter, Bowser tries to make Mario fail with the help of his minions; in the second one, the group makes use of everyone's special ability during Golf Rush to reach their respective ball first.
