Starburst is aSpark that appears inMario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, and is the first Spark encountered in the game. It first appears in theprologue as it is escaping fromCursa, joining the player during the tutorial battles that take place on theDarkmess Manta. It is formally recruited to the player's party at the start of theHeadlong into the Unknown battle.
Starburst's ability isTurbocharge, which gives theEmpowered status to all Heroes in its range for a single turn. Starburst can be upgraded by feedingStar Bits to it, increasing the attack boost. Its passive ability isPhysical Protector, which reduces physical damage inflicted to the user. When upgraded, the physical damage is lowered even more.
Starburst is a yellow Spark that resembles a standardLuma.
