Stage 8-5 is the fifth level ofRocky-Valley in theGame Boy version ofDonkey Kong.

Layout[edit]

The player starts the level on the bottom-left portion of the map. Mario must first climb up aladder to the second floor and use one of twohammers to get past a group ofChikuchiku, them climb up a few more ladders to reach thekey at the top. After grabbing the key, Mario must backtrack down to the starting point to place the key in thedoor, thus completing the level.

Within this stage,Pauline's lost items can be found in the following order and in the following places:

  • Hat: Directly to the right of the ladder on the second floor.
  • Parasol: To the left of the ladders leading to the key.
  • Purse: To the right of the key.
