Stage 2-9 is the ninth stage of theForest in theGame Boy version ofDonkey Kong. The level mainly focuses onElevators.

Layout[edit]

Mario starts near thelocked door where throughout the level he most watch out for the egg-layingHawks. Mario must ride the first elevator up to the top where he must then jump over to the middle elevator going down while watching out for aSniper on a platform that can hurt him. Then must ride the third elevator up to the platform with thekey and grab it then carefully use the elevators to make it down without dropping the key on thespikes then make it back over to the door to end the level.

• Hat: In midair where theelevators in the middle spawn.
