TheSmall Koopa Troopa[1] is a variety ofKoopa Troopa that appears inSuper Mario 64 andSuper Mario 64 DS. One appears only on the Tiny Island ofTiny-Huge Island, where it is found in the small field with the fence, just past theiron balls rolling down the mountain. It is located in the same place asKoopa the Quick is on the Huge Island. Unlike regular Koopa Troopas, the Small Koopa Troopa is defeated by any kind of contact with the player character, and it does not drop ashell. If defeated with ajump, the Small Koopa Troopa drops aBlue Coin.
