A Slow Block

ASlow Block is an orangeDice Block that appears inMario Party. It is bought at theMushroom Shop for 100coins. A Slow Block resembles theyellow blocks ofSuper Mario 64 but with a number on each surface instead. It is the opposite of theSpeed Block, which rolls an 8, 9, or 10, since when it appears on a player's turn, the player can roll only a 1, 2, or 3.Poison Mushrooms have a similar effect inMario Party 3.

A Slow Block has a four on the top of the die, even though it allows the player to roll only a 1, 2, or 3. This appears to be due to its artwork being a recolor of the artwork for thePlus Block andMinus Block.
