Skull Platforms[1] are objects inSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. They are skull-shapedblocks with flashing eyes. Six serve as platforms overlava in the middle ofMario's castle, after themechanical fists. Oncejumped on, they quickly crumble away, so the player must jump off them immediately. The first two appear next to each other over the first lava pit, while the next ones are spaced farther apart.
