Shiverian Racer,Super Mario Odyssey

Shiverian Racers are theinhabitants of Shiveria that compete in theBound Bowl Grand Prix inSuper Mario Odyssey. Unlike the other Shiverians, the racers lack parkas and wear trunks. Each one has a different colored pair of trunks and knit cap from another. One of the Shiverian Racers, an insecure character and the only racer to lack a cap, iscapturable byMario andCappy. He is found inside a waiting room. When prompted, this Shiverian Racer tells Mario that he does not want to compete in the Bound Bowl Grand Prix because he is nervous and believes he does not stand a chance against the other racers. When captured, Mario can compete in two races onSnowline Circuit: "Snowline Circuit Class A" and "Snowline Circuit Class S". After completeing the lattermost competition, theShiverian Elder dubs him the "Supersonic Snowman".

The same Shiverian Racer appears again post-game after Mario breaks the Snow Kingdom'sMoon Rock. This time, they appear outside the waiting room and must once again be captured to win two different races onIceburn Circuit: "Iceburn Circuit Class A" and "Iceburn Circuit Class S". In these instances, the Shiverian Racer seems to have gained confidence.
