Shikaku Trampolines are objects that appear inSuper Mario Bros. Wonder. Appearing blue with polka-dots, they resemble square variants ofMushroom Trampolines that are bouncy on all four sides, pushing away player characters on contact, but giving extra height when jumping on them.
Shikaku Trampolines appear in at least two courses. InCondarts Away!, they appear primarily as obstacles for players to avoid during itsWonder Effect, where they walk on the walls. The Shikaku Trampolines in this segment move alongtracks. InShining Falls Special Triple Threat Deluge, a few Shikaku Trampolines appear throughout the level alongside small, octagonal bumpers; both of these bounce away theSpike Balls thrown by theLakitu trio in the distance, which the player has to avoid during the course's Wonder Effect, which also has the player walk on walls. Another Shikaku Trampoline appears at the end of the course, after the Wonder Effect has subsided, which the player can use to gain height and reach the top of theGoal Pole. In this course, the Shikaku Trampolines rotate counter-clockwise.
