Thesecret snatcher is a character found onBulbfish Island inMario & Luigi: Brothership. He is a short, greenConcordian with a mustache who wears a suit. As his name implies, he gathers secret intel on the residents of the island.

Mario andLuigi can meet with the secret snatcher by turning off the streetlights and heading to the northwest tip of Bulbfish Island. In exchange for theIncident Report (a notebook in whichSnoutlet wrote down investigation information), the secret snatcher can share information onChilliam andBurnadette's innocence and theExtension Corps'sGlohm ray. Asking the secret snatcher about the security guard's younger brother has him reveal that the brother can be found at the Anglerfish Restaurant. This ultimately allows Mario and Luigi to correctly answer the security guard's quiz and receive the key to the underground area.
