Ring Burners[1][2] areenemies inSuper Mario 3D World andits port. They are encountered in only three levels:Cakewalk Flip,Rainbow Run, andChampion's Road. Ring Burners have the same insignia commonly found onBill Blasters and closely resembleBall Beamers fromSuper Mario Galaxy andSuper Mario Galaxy 2 in both appearance and function, but are red in color. Ring Beamers do not move from their spot, but approaching them causes them to launch square or circular plasma rings outward from their centers. Their plasma rings can be avoided byjumping, and they evaporate at a certain distance. As withSentry Beams, Ring Burners can be disabled if stood on, though they cannot be destroyed by any means.
