Repel Gels are rare items inPaper Mario. The gel makesMarioinvisible for two turns, causing all enemy attacks to miss.
This item is unvailable in shops, althoughRip Cheato provides a one-time offer for one. They are often concealed in discreet locations, such as inside ofhidden blocks. The only renewable way to obtain Repel Gels is from theLi'l Oink farm's rare question-mark Li'l Oink, which has a 6.93% chance of appearing upon opening an egg.
InPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the Repel Gel is replaced by the identicalBoo's Sheet which can be bought in shops and is generally more common. TheRepel Cape, though named similarly, grants theDodgy status effect instead.
