TheRefrigerator (simply known asFridge in the British English version) is aThing inPaper Mario: Sticker Star. It is found in the northeast corner of the kitchen inThe Enigmansion. BeforeMario can simply collect it, he must open it to reveal aBoo required for completion. After it is defeated, he is then able to pull it out and put it into his inventory. It remains in Mario'sAlbum until it is turned into aSticker at aSling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from theShady Toad for 150Coins.
As a sticker, the refrigerator takes up four squares in Mario's album. It can be used in any battle for a high amount of damage. If and when it is used, the scenery changes to an Arctic theme (as it would the other cold-based Things), with the refrigerator placed in the background. It then opens to expel a frosty wind. The player must press repeatedly to deal higher damage to all on-screen enemies. The Refrigerator can be used to freezeRugged Road.
The refrigerator can also be placed into theSticker Museum as #43, alongside the other cold-related Things. Its description claims it was hypothesized to be a transportation tool and proved to be effective at storing and maintaining food. Another description states research shows it is being used to store magnets.
