ThePurple Coin Pipe is aspecial building inSuper Mario Run. Unlike otherWarp Pipes, the Purple Coin Pipe glows, has a star on the front, and a white base. Like other Warp Pipes, the Purple Coin Pipe takes up a 1 x 1 space. It matches the height of the "Pipe A" buildings. After being placed, the Purple Coin Pipe can be tapped on to open a prompt to access the special coursePiranha Plant Field.Toads are never seen standing next to or interacting with this pipe.
To unlock this building in the Shop, the player has to collect everyPurple Coin in every course fromWorld 1 toWorld 6. Due to cascading requirements to unlock the Purple Coins, this also requires collecting all thePink Coins from the same courses. The Purple Coin Pipe can then be purchased for 0coins. As a limited item, only one copy of the Purple Coin Pipe can be obtained. As a special building, the Purple Coin Pipe has no rank.
