Power Shell is a default move mastered byKooper andKoops in thePaper Mario games. This move uses 3FP and attacks all ground-based enemies. The damage dealt is the same as Shell Toss, except for Kooper's version at Ultra Rank, which only deals 4 damage. To successfully perform the Action Command, the player has to move Control Stick left until the big star lights up, then release it. Koops' version also has twoStylish moves.

InPaper Mario: The Thousand Year Door,Koopley mentions teaching this ability to Koops (if he is revisited inPetalburg between chapters 7 and 8, and if Koops is present)^[1], though he shortly discovers Koops already knows how to perform it. In theremake, he instead mentionsShell Toss.

Some enemies such asKoopatrols are also able to hit multiple targets with a single shell attack, which can be seen as their equivalent of Power Shell.

Power Shell is furthermore referenced in Kooper'sCatch Card description inSuper Paper Mario.
