Potted Ghosts[1][2] are creatures inYoshi's Island DS. They are seemingly inspired byRoger the Potted Ghost, though they look quite dissimilar and their pots resemble baskets or clay pots. They rise from their pots at regular intervals, attempting to catchYoshi off guard. Yoshi can tip their pots upside-down by shooting them witheggs. Then, the Yoshi canjump on their pots, and when the ghost appears, it will lift the Yoshi upward, allowing the Yoshi to reach high ledges. When upside down, the Potted Ghost can move left or right slowly.
