"A key to a door in the Pit of 100 Trials."

APit Key is an item found inSuper Paper Mario. Pit Keys are found in theFlipside Pit of 100 Trials and theFlopside Pit of 100 Trials. In each room with normal enemies (i.e. rooms 1–9, 11–19, etc.), a Pit Key is held by a random enemy in the room. The player must defeat the enemy and use the key to unlock the door that leads to the next room.
